15 Self Care Tips

  1. Self-care day- Always have a self-care day like a personal day to yourself.

  2. Meditate- I used to meditate soon as I wake up to start my day right.

  3. Aromatherapy- Burn some incense, light scented candles, or have a diffuser with lavender oil.

  4. Yoga- Believe me, it really helps I remember me and my girl Lyn went to a yoga class and came out real cool, calm, and collected like nobody could’ve killed our vibe that day we were in Lalaland.

  5. Positivity- Read positive affirmations every day. My favorite place to read some is Pinterest.

  6. Reading- Read books stimulate your mind a bit.

  7. Self-esteem- Make a list of positives things about yourself such as I’m beautiful, strong and so on.

  8. Eating healthy- You don’t have to eat healthy every day it’s okay to balance ladies, eat some Popeyes Monday and Tuesday eat that salad.

  9. Water- Drinks lots of water!

  10. Sleeping- Get your 7-9 hours of beauty sleep so, you can feel refreshed the next day and not walk around ready to take someone’s head off.

  11. Boundaries- Create healthy boundaries If, a friendship turned toxic put some distance to it or end it.

  12. Exploring- Make some time to experience new activities or things you never know you might discover a new hobby.

  13. Brunch- Yes, brunch is one of my favorite. You get to drink a bunch of mimosas and talk with your girls about your week.

  14. Writing- Write in a journal sometimes you don’t wanna talk to anybody and there’s nothing wrong with that.

  15. Pray.
